We know you have a choice in selecting a place to call “home”. And we know finding a new home is a big deal. It’s one of the most important decisions you will make. That’s why we place a lot of emphasis on “value”- it’s not just about what it costs-it’s also about what it’s worth. We know the locations of our communities, their neighborhoods, shopping, schools and entertainment options are worth a lot to our community members. It’s part of the value we offer.
Our amenities, washers and dryers in most homes, ample living space, storage areas, playgrounds, pools and volleyball courts round out our communities.
Our 24 Hour “Service” Promise:
We will respond to your non-emergency service requests within 24 hours or we’ll pay you. Really!
As a Team we are committed to providing value. That includes maintenance service.
You can relax knowing that your home is covered by our MC Service Promise:
We will respond to your non-emergency* service request within 24 hours during regular business hours or we will credit your rent one day for every day that exceeds the 24 hour period.
Of course there are always exceptions.
Exceptions include: Items requiring contracted services, difficult to find parts or damage caused by you. Weekend and holiday non-emergency service requests will be handled the next business day.
Of course, emergencies will be handled as an emergency.
Our 30-Day “Good Life” Promise:
We believe that our communities offer the best value for your money. So, if you are not satisfied with your home, within the first 30 days, we will release you from your lease agreement. You will need to contact the property office with the reason for your dissatisfaction, and if we are unable to rectify the problem, we will release you from any further obligation. Your move out must be within the first 30 days and you will only be responsible to pay for the days you actually occupied the apartment. Our hope is that we will be able to keep you as a resident, but we feel very strongly that we want you happy where ever you live.
Rent “Rescue” Program:
We recognize that with the current economic condition that life may bring financial uncertainties your way. We want you to rest assure that our Team is sympathetic to your needs. Therefore, we have put together a program that will assist you if you are facing financial hardship:
Late Rent Relief: If for some reason you cannot pay your rent on time, we will waive your late fees. This is a one-time forgiveness during your residency at any of our communities.
Life interruption relief: If you should happen to lose your job, roommate or some other life altering experience that adjusts your income we have designed programs to accommodate your needs.
- 1. Partial payment plan for up to two months.
- 2. Job loss insurance provided with our renter insurance program.
- 3. Transfer policy within your community to a larger or smaller apartment or to another MC Community closer to work, school and family or even out of state.
